In Mark 4:39 , Jesus stood up in the middle of a huge storm and said, “Peace. Be still.” And everything went quiet. The waves stopped. The wind calmed. The storm ended—just because Jesus spoke.
This episode reminds kids that the same Jesus who calmed the wind and waves can calm our hearts too. Even when school is stressful, plans fall apart, friends argue, or things feel messy at home, Jesus is right there. When we pause, breathe, and ask Him for peace, He can settle our hearts even if the situation hasn’t changed yet. His peace is real, and it works in the middle of the storm.
